Do I need an appointment to visit?

Walk-ins are welcome at both our Dubai and UK locations during opening hours. However, we strongly recommend booking a private appointment to ensure a dedicated consultant is available and that the pieces you wish to view are prepared for you. Appointments can be booked via the form above or by emailing [email protected].

How long does a bespoke commission take?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece, but most bespoke commissions are completed within 6–10 weeks from design approval. We will provide a clear timeline at the start of your commission and keep you informed at every stage. Rush commissions can sometimes be accommodated — please discuss this with us directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer fully insured international shipping to over 18 countries. All international orders are dispatched in secure, discreet packaging with full tracking. Customs documentation is prepared and included with every international shipment. Delivery timelines and costs vary by destination and are confirmed at the time of purchase.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes — completely. Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to earth-mined diamonds. They are real diamonds in every scientific sense, carrying the same certifications and graded by the same standards. For a full explanation, visit our Craftsmanship page.

Can I view pieces before purchasing?

Absolutely. We encourage clients to view and handle pieces in person before making any decision. Our consultants will prepare a selection of relevant pieces for your appointment and are delighted to walk you through materials, settings, and any bespoke options. Video viewings can also be arranged for remote clients.

What is covered by your lifetime guarantee?

Our lifetime guarantee covers any defect arising from our workmanship — at no charge, for the life of the piece. It also includes complimentary cleaning and stone-security inspections, resizing and adjustments, and replating of white gold pieces.
